Per the Caucus bylaws, The Organizational Development Committee shall prepare, develop, review the implementation of, and recommend changes to the two-year plan of the organization. The Organizational Development Committee shall recommend the persons to serve as representatives of the organization, including at-large representatives known as regional vice chairs. The Organizational Development Committee shall determine the jurisdiction of the regional vice chairs. The Organizational Development Committee shall also be responsible for:

1. preparing, developing, recommending, and reviewing the implementation of procedures to improve the operation of the organization
2. maintaining these Bylaws and appropriately incorporating and formatting any amendments to either the Bylaws, special rules, or standing rules.
3. reviewing any proposed amendments or revisions to the bylaws or special rules of order, as well as recommending amendments and revisions to the bylaws or special rules of order.
4. reviewing membership applications and submitting its recommendations to the Executive Board and general membership.

The Organizational Development Committee is chaired by Regen Wilson.
