The Communications Committee shall be chaired by the Corresponding Secretary. The Communications Committee shall develop the website(s), social media accounts, press releases, advertising, announcements, printed materials, signage, and other communications and media. The Communications Committee shall manage the public relations of the Caucus. The Communications Committee shall also be responsible for the following: 1. Initiating, maintaining, and coordinating relationships with other organizations and non-members of the Caucus; 2. Regulating the events calendar maintained by the Caucus; 3. Designing the logo of the Caucus and; 4. Developing and maintaining guidelines for printed and electronic correspondence. |
